H-Town was a popular R&B group from Houston, Texas, that debuted in 1993 with their hit single "Knockin' Da Boots". The group consisted of twin brothers Dino and Shazam Conner, and their longtime friend G.I. Jackson. H-Town was known for their sensual and romantic style of music, as well as their impressive vocal harmonies.

In 1997, H-Town released their third studio album, Ladies Edition, Woman's World, which was a tribute to women and a departure from their previous macho image. The album featured songs that praised, respected, and empowered women, as well as songs that addressed social issues such as domestic violence, prostitution, and drug abuse. The album also showcased H-Town's versatility and musical growth, as they experimented with different genres and influences, such as gospel, jazz, rock, and reggae.
Ladies Edition, Woman's World was well received by critics and fans alike, who praised H-Town for their maturity and creativity. The album peaked at number 16 on the Billboard 200 chart, and number 4 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. It spawned three singles: "They Like It Slow", "Ways to Treat a Woman", and "A Natural Woman (You Make Me Feel Like)", which were all successful on the R&B charts. The album was certified platinum by the RIAA in 1998.
Unfortunately, Ladies Edition, Woman's World would be the last album that H-Town released as a trio, as Dino Conner died in a car accident in 2003. His brother Shazam and G.I. Jackson continued to perform as H-Town, and released two more albums in 2004 and 2009. However, they never achieved the same level of fame and popularity that they had with Ladies Edition, Woman's World.
